- Subject matter expert and primary contact for the support of remote home security services, including troubleshooting, website navigation, billing inquiries and account updates
- Resolve customer service inquiries while building a relationship with the customer
- Assist technicians with activating security monitoring and supporting other team members with information gathering account research, and other general customer support needs
- Verify alarms at protected sites; dispatch local authorities when necessary
- You will demonstrate conflict management skills and maintain professional composure under pressure
- Notify customers on maintenance alerts from their alarm system
- Create detailed service tickets, schedule technicians for repairs
- With a keen sense of the customer experience, continuously look for areas of improvement and communicate trends in customer calls to leadership as appropriate
- Simultaneously navigate multiple software applications and technologies
- Strong problem-solving skills; ability to think analytically while multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills; team oriented
- Customer-focused and passionate for helping others
- Ability to exceed customer satisfaction, achieve performance metrics and meet issue resolution targets
- A successful track record working in a high-volume environment
- Reliable transportation
- 6 Months or more of forward facing customer service
- High School Diploma/GED
- AA preferred
- Bi-Lingual Spanish preferred
