This is a freelance opportunity for a content writer to contribute to project based work creating content for small business customer websites.

The Role:
Our team is in search of a Content Writer who possesses superior written communication skills with a knack for attention grabbing verbiage and effective messaging. This is a freelance opportunity for a content writer to contribute to project based work creating content for small business customer websites.
Key Responsibilities :
- Create and execute all written content for small business customer needs across a wide variety of verticals and industries
- Manage customer ticket requests, efficiently completing work and documenting within the project management system
- Partner with internal teams to deliver quality content and fulfill customer's needs in a timely manner
- Continuously improve customer content and support our teams in delivering best in class content of a high quality while meeting or exceeding deadlines
- Bachelors degree, ideally Journalism, English, or related fields
- 1+ years experience in a writing position, with familiarity of creating a wide variety of brand voices
- High attention to detail, grammar & punctuation integrity and sentence structure
- Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to work with multiple teams at once
- Ability to maintain focus and produce content in a high volume environment
- Experience working within and executing successfully on deadlines
- High level work ethic and ability to work both independently and in a team based environment
