Customer Success Operations Associate 🔥
About This Role
The Customer Success Operations Associate will be responsible for traditional business operations tasks, including various reporting, auditing and data entry/analytics tasks as well as creation and maintenance of email and newsletter templates in Gainsight and Salesforce. A strong analytical mindset and hardworking attitude are required to be successful in the role.
This role is a remote position based in the US.
What You'll Need
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in Business Operations, Marketing Operations or Finance
- Self-starter, able to navigate in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
- Highly motivated, detail-oriented, strong team contributor; able to work independently and cross-functionally
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, take on new responsibilities and prioritize work in a dynamic, deadline-intensive environment
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Apps (Word/Docs and Excel/Sheets are key tools)
- Proficient in Salesforce (able to run basic reports and navigate between accounts and opportunities)
- Gainsight Experience is a preferred
