Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

ABC Financial is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to develop strong and innovative digital marketing strategies, using SEO, PPC and other techniques to meet program goals. This role will be responsible for creating and optimizing digital content such our website, podcasts and video, while staying up to date on, and recommending new tactics and technologies. This position will report directly to the Director of Marketing Programs, alongside peers.

What you’ll do:
  • Own the Website: Act as the owner of our website to create compelling landing pages in Wordpress to improve the usability, content and conversion of our company website. Collaborate on content creation to optimize for search and user experience.
  • Oversee PPC: Build and optimize PPC campaigns in Google Adwords, Facebook, Linkedin and other paid search channels.
  • Oversee Social Media: Create and execute posts on ABC social media channels, with a strong focus on increasing engagement.
  • Report & Analyze: Analyze performance of digital channels in Google Analytics and Salesforce to report on and forecast campaign growth and ROI.
  • Optimize: Perform A/B tests and other experiments on a regular basis to communicate key recommendations for optimization.
  • Omnichannel Optimization: Make keyword and SEO recommendations for online content such as blogs, web pages, videos and podcasts.
  • Project Manage & Own Multimedia Content: Project manage and guide the execution of videos, case studies and podcasts, with a strong focus on increasing engagement.
  • Recommend New Tactics and Tools: Be the go-to expert for all things digital. Stay up-to-date on new platform tools and functionalities.
  • Project Manage & Delegate to Agencies: Be the point-of-contact for web and other digital-related content for ABC approved agencies to execute digital projects on timeline and budget.
Digital Marketing Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a Digital Marketing position or related role. Experience working for B2B and/or technology organization a plus
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Familiarity with tools: Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Adwords, FB Ads Manager, Linkedin Ads Manager, Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro or related video editor, Adobe Spark and major Social Media platforms
  • Experience in website management, including hosting. Wordpress and WPEngine experience is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS required
  • Inherent professional drive and challenger mentality. Displays a consistent can-do attitude and is willing to go the extra mile to ensure an outstanding final product
  • Experience working in Salesforce or related CRM is a plus
