Copywriter 🔥
Overview:
We are looking for a Copywriter to work closely with cross-functional partners to produce content deliverables supporting key customer experience channels including web and email. With a focus on content clarity and accuracy, you will support business objectives by writing copy for our products, policies, and enforcement actions.
In addition to copywriting, you will be responsible for publishing and facilitating content readiness for an international audience. The ideal candidate will have solid writing skills, impeccable attention to detail, excellent communication skills and, of course, tons of enthusiasm for helping support customers!
What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate in a cross-functional setting to write, copy edit, and deliver content for CX channels, according to requirements and in observance of Company styles and tones
- Support content management and operations by facilitating content translation, and publishing help content, with keen attention to detail, maintaining consistent quality and voice
- Provide excellent customer service to internal partners in support of project timelines and business objectives
- Be curious; seek answers, retain information, apply it to your work and share it with the team
- Communicate fearlessly and be a team player
- Open, concise, accurate and timely communication with your team is a must
- 2-3+ years copywriting experience, preferably for customer education, engagement, and/or support content
- Experience working with content management systems, CRM, task management systems, etc (Adobe Experience Manager, Service Cloud (salesforce.com), Slack, Jira a plus)
- Experience delivering translatable content for a global audience
- Working knowledge of basic HTML and CSS
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, organizational skills, and stellar attention to detail
- Flexibility: open to changing priorities and managing multiple tasks simultaneously within compressed timeframes
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong interest in social media and customer support
Hours & Location:
M-F, 40 hours/week. This position is remote, open to candidates in any US location that can support standard working hours on PST.
