Marketing Communications Coordinator Responsibilities
- Coordinates activities involved in the preparation of advertising, sales promotion and publicity in support of the marketing of company products
- Performs a variety of functions to support the timely execution of marketing plans and projects
- Maintains schedules for key marketing projects and tracks expenditures and budgets
- Maintains stock of literature, mails catalogs, updates and adds records to computer databases
- Assists in the logistics of planning and set up for trade shows
- Coordinates communications with appropriate sales and marketing managers regarding the status of leads, trade shows and sales materials.
- Applies standard techniques and procedures to routine instructions that require professional knowledge in specialist areas
- Provides standard professional advice and creates initial reports/analyses for review
- May provide guidance, coaching, and direction to more junior members of the team in Marketing Communications
- 1-4 years of marketing experience
- Experience with project management
- Superb organizational skills
- Strong Excel skills
- Good communication skills
- Effective liaison between company and vendor
