Intoxalock manufactures and leases ignition interlocks (car breathalyzers) to people who are legally required to install one due to a DUI — we help individuals regain their driver’s licenses and their lives legally and responsibly. The company has more than doubled in size during the past three years and continues to grow at 20%+ annually.
As a Customer Service Representative , you will be handling a variety of inbound calls. This position primarily involves assisting our current customers with questions related to their Intoxalock account or service. We will provide you with the training and support to achieve your goals and allow you the opportunity to become a part of an innovative, growing company.
As a Customer Service Representative you can expect:

A successful Customer Service Representative will demonstrate:
- Ability to come to Des Moines, Iowa for 4 weeks of training prior to working from home
- Friendly, patient and helpful customer service focus while on the telephone
- Ability to problem solve, manage multiple details and handle confidential information
- Proven reliability and performance working in a call center service environment (1+ years)
- Computer savvy in data entry (30 – 40 wpm), navigating the intranet and troubleshooting
- High School Diploma or equivalent
