Marketing Coordinator
Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with marketing team members, the creative team and external agency partners to manage and execute deliverables that engage and activate appropriate target audiences
- Build knowledge base of all core medical and behavioral solution offerings to help make informed decisions and provide guidance when applicable
- Manage start to end production and cataloguing of marketing materials including flyers, sales collateral, PowerPoints and emails, identifying project scope and needed resources
- Do light copywriting, proofreading, photo editing and wire framing to optimize the creative execution
- Project manage day to day operational aspects of work flow from intake to release of materials, on-time and on-budget
- Follow brand standards and all guidelines to complete legal and compliance review and approvals
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing Communications or similar major
- Health care experience required
- Four or more years as a marketing coordinator/ or similar role
- Attention to detail
- Ability to juggle multiple projects, fast learner and problem solver
- Team player, ability to work highly-matrixed environment
- Self-motivation and flexibility
