Job Description

As Marketing Program Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of building brand awareness, as well as, plan, create, organize, and maintain marketing plans to support sales, customers, and staff in order to empower Third Party Pet’s® growth. Responsibilities will include managing social media platforms, sponsorship strategy and assisting with creative and technical content development. This role will proactively ensure brand awareness focus, as well as accurate, timely and relevant communication. Executing against all assigned projects parameters, planning, budgeting coordinating & follow-up.

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for creating marketing campaigns and initiatives to increase awareness for service programs
  • Coordinate with internal team (Success Team (sales) and Service Leadership) to create effective messages, help craft communication statements for clients, manage marketing calendars and develop effective schedules
  • Place and carry out marketing strategies to increase sales, bring in new clients, and retain current clients
  • Coordinate and manage Third Party Pet’s® outreach to the public. Including advertising, product launches, website, and press relations.
  • Develop and execute content for both brand awareness and technical support for the sales field
  • Assist with internal and external marketing communications
  • Assist with agencies relations for programs - web, creative, packaging, etc
  • Assists in the development and maintenance of project deliverable timelines and budget
  • Helps to develop project parameters and assigns responsible parties; Sets up tracking & follow-up plans
  • Communicates on a consistent basis including progress, issues/resolution path, budget
  • Analytics- Market and competitive analysis, market sizing & forecasting and financial impact
  • Assist in the development of product plans and marketing strategy based on market & consumer environment including packaging & support materials & tools including web, promotional plans
  • Partners with Sales Leadership to execute the sales plan and meet/exceed forecast and financial deliverables
  • Assesses progress and adjust plan & programming as needed, analyzes Marketing ROI across programming (consumer & trade), Recaps budget spending and adjust as needed
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree required in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline. (A combination of education and experience will be accepted.)
  • Extensive experience in leading partner marketing programs.
  • Proven track record of running successful programs.
  • Understand and market to the data management business – Prior experience and expertise in alliance and/or data management marketing
  • Basic understanding of modern sales and marketing technology & tools.
  • Excellent collaboration, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, deliver high-quality work, under extreme pressure at times, within a dynamic organization.
  • Ability to effectively analyze and report out on campaign results and leverage data when developing new campaigns.
