THE ROLE

The FCC team is the backbone of Talent Inc's success. As a member of the team you will be interfacing directly with our customers and experts via telephone and email to generate the best possible experience for Talent Incs customers. You will report to the department manager and youll work with other team members in NY, WA, and other parts of the world.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Ensure client and expert satisfaction by practicing, following, and implementing Talent Incs service standards.
  • Stay abreast of departmental updates.
  • Assist customers and experts with inquiries, providing accurate and timely responses.
  • Assist customers on a variety of platforms in relation to telephone and email.
  • Research customer issues, document findings, and champion solutions.
  • Effectively communicate with team members and direct manager via various channels.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
  • High speed internet access, a quiet workstation, and ability to be on standby 9am - 6pm EST.
  • Must be comfortable speaking with customers on the phone and willing to resolve matters and provide solutions for those customers' needs.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • An infectious positive demeanor.
  • 2-3 years experience in a customer support/client service role.
  • BA/BS degree: English/Journalism major would be an asset, but not required.
  • The ability to prioritize different tasks and wear multiple hats.
  • Based in Washington with the ability to travel to our co-working space in Bellingham to meet and work with other team members at least once a week.
  • Authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
