Partner Manager - Remote 🔥


Partner Manager position.



Remote, preferably CST.



7+ month contract



This role will be responsible for managing the relationships for our incubator partners, focusing on Zoom, Autodesk, Bit defender, and others. They will be responsible for ensuring we have operational support to process orders, managing marketing funds, and identifying how we can strategically grow the partnerships.



Key Responsibilities



Maximize/grow partner channel profitability programs, deal registration, incentives and rebates

Monitor and facilitate Partner Software Sales, Call the Ball/Outlook for Revenue, Margin

Drive Company's initiatives and influence programs within partner organization

Manage MDF contracting and invoicing process for partner(s)

Partner with pricing desk on key opportunities

WWP Liaison/contract negotiation

Facilitate training on Partner products, processes and programs

Maintain current partner information on internal websites



Sales Enablement

  • Aid in Field engagement to assure proper alignment of sales teams
  • Facilitate training on Partner products, processes, programs, and announcements to all sales
  • Confirm products are available in all segments by ensuring:
  • Facilitate pulling and managing sales and renewal pipeline across all segments with Partner and LS input
  • Know the process of how a product is actually sold internally
  • Enable sales for your partner at every EOQ be an escalation for deals

Essential Requirements

  • Strong ability to execute working in a team environment with remote team members
  • Strong communication, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills
  • Possesses strong product/technology/industry knowledge
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Ideal Background



Someone coming from a sales specialist background, working and building relationships; or people who have previous partner management experience.



Day To Day



Escalation management (break-fix mgmt, orders that need to be fixed, order registration); once a week meeting with key partners to understand status relationship and how to grow sales; reporting on revenues/margins; determine how to help with margin portfolio; will manage revenue goal and working with the sales teams accordingly. Large part of the role will be gatekeeper for the sales team.



Remote: Team members spread across timezone, prefer CST or Texas location.
