During the first 6 months, you will be expected to achieve the following:
- Win 3 out of every 10 sales appointments set by the team
- Conduct 5 sales appointments per day
- Follow the sales script exactly
- Improve 3 aspects of the sales process documentation
- Follow up with 30 previous potential members each week
- Take detailed notes of each call
- Understanding of a proper sales process
- Experienced success in telesales and phone prospecting
- Comfortable using video to communicate with team and prospects
- Technically savvy and able to use online applications such as Google Docs
- Comfortable asking for the commitment of a potential member
- Excellent written language (must always be error free)
