Marketing Associate 🔥
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end email production process within Marketo: planning, receiving and translating business requirements; creating and organizing production assets; generating audience segments; building, testing and deploying email campaigns, analyzing and reporting results
- Ability to track results, find insights from data, and develop actionable recommendations for improvement
- Continually gather feedback on and pilot new approaches to improve programs
- Own all executions of the current marketing-technology ecosystem - including, but not limited to: Digital Communications, Email Automation, Website Management, Reporting and Analytics
- Partner on marketing KPIs and reporting with focus on uncovering insights and trends to help optimize future programs
- Collaborate on strategy with internal stakeholders, the marketing team and agencies to offer subject matter expertise, execution and ongoing management of our marketing technology stack
- Progressive experience with Marketo as system of record with Marketo Certification strongly preferred
- Experience with evolving marketing technology stacks, managing third party technical experts and partnerships with the internal IT organization
- Understanding and application of innovative digital strategies and multichannel application to confidently direct a digital-first marketing approach
- Strong project management skills with ability to build collaborative working relationships and understands how to optimize resources to meet objectives
- Minimum 5+ years of marketing experience with a focus on and progressive responsibilities within digital strategies and technology
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, technology management, communication, business administration or similar field with preference for advanced degrees and education
