We are hiring a dynamic, inspiring Integrated Marketing Communications Manager that will be responsible for managing a team in the planning, development, and coordination of marketing communications. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of a technology-driven business that has become even more relevant in healthcare.



The idea candidate will have the ability to easily transition from strategy to hands-on implementation and enjoy managing, coaching and mentoring. Responsibilities will include leading the strategic planning, implementation, execution, and evaluation efforts to meet the marketing goals and strategies of internal marketing colleagues and stakeholders.

This position is based in Chanhassen, MN.



A Day in the Life



•You will develop integrated communications and promotional plans designed to drive growth using a balanced “digital first” plans across the full marketing mix, knowing how to combine and prioritize tactics to create maximum impact and ultimate results in your target market.

•You will articulate the communications objectives, goals, strategies, messaging and positioning, tactics, timeline, budget, and resources etc. - needed to support the marketing objectives as set forth in the strategic marketing plans.

•You will provide strategic input related to communications materials and messages based on marketing strategies.

•You will build target customer personas and develop behavior insights working closely with the Marketing Strategy team

•You will align brand messaging by channel and develop appropriate storytelling plans, working hand in hand with the Comms and Storytelling teams, to convey a clear, engaging and differentiated message to the market.

•You will define and track KPI metrics and adjust plans to continuously improve.

•You will provide proactive, comprehensive project management by establishing and managing timelines and budgets.

•You will work in close collaboration with marketing and sales organization including corporate communications, the business groups and technology and innovation teams.

•You will contribute to MCMS Customer Experience & Strategy team by sharing marketing blueprint designs and new tools for localization / broader adoption

•You will provide thought leadership strategies to strengthen industry recognition

•You will use your strategic thinking and planning ability to win buy-in and influence



People Management:

•Inspire best-in-class integrated marketing communications with strong creative direction and management of a team.

•Manage and supervise 2 or more employees/contractors in tactical, operational and strategic communications planning and implementation activities.

•Oversee and execute marketing communications in assigned areas including managing the performance, planning, prioritizing and / or directing the responsibilities of direct reports.

•Receive assignments in objective oriented terms; with latitude to reinterpret objectives and assign based on needs.
