About this position:

As an early member of our Customer Success team, you’ll be responsible for providing great support experiences for our customers, and their employees using Leadr. You’ll work closely with our Director of Customer Success to build out systems and processes that make sure that our products are running smoothly. You’ll also collaborate frequently with our development team, to be the voice of our users in what we build next. Beyond this, we’re looking for someone with the initiative to help build out the team: creating resources, evaluating and implementing tools, and training new team members as the department grows. This role comes with plenty of opportunity for quick growth, and the right person for this position is a driven problem-solver, ready for their next challenge.

Requirements

The perfect candidate for this role:
  • Is ready to build a career in the growing Customer Success industry,
  • Has 2+ years of customer service or technical support experience,
  • Is a natural problem solver, who loves getting to the bottom of complex challenges,
  • Picks up new technology and tools with ease,
  • Excels at written and verbal communication,
  • Is ready to scale personally and professionally with a fast growing team,
  • Feels comfortable diving in with little direction,
  • Is excited to go above and beyond to delight customers,
  • Experience or transferrable skills from churches and/or nonprofit organizations is a plus.

*When life goes back to normal this role will be located at our offices in Plano, Texas. Until we know what normal looks like this is a remote job.

What can you expect for your interview process?
While not all candidates will complete the entire process, here’s what it looks like from start to finish. We’ll keep communication open the entire way so you always know where you stand.
  • Complete the Kick-Off Interview Form, which is part of our application process. We will reference your answers as we interview you.
    We promise we won’t make you retype your resume into another form, we value your time.
  • A 30-45 minute Culture Interview either by video call or in-person.
    We’ll use this time to simply get to know you as a person and hear more about your story.
  • A 60-minute ‘Coffee Connect’ either by video call or in-person.
    We’ll use this time to make sure you possess the minimum skills we think are required to accomplish the key objectives.
  • 1-2 hour in-depth Interview + Practical Exercise.
    This can be done either by video call or in-person. We’ll dig into how you would go about accomplishing the objectives we shared for the role and your past experience doing similar work.
  • And finally, the Offer letter is sent. Welcome to the team!
