Medical Sales / Marketing Representative 🔥

You will be responsible for building strong partnerships with physicians, community health facilities, office-based, private and group practices, hospitals, assisted living and skilled care facilities, as well as senior living communities for home health and private-duty skilled nursing services within defined geographic territories. You will also be accountable for developing, implementing and driving the marketing and sales strategy for the agency and promoting brand awareness.
• Develops and implements marketing plan, leads sales program and new target market initiatives
• Executes a weekly, monthly and quarterly strategy to increase market share through key account development of existing and prospective accounts through prospecting and sales calls
• Cultivates key account relationships with existing and prospective referral sources in alignment with strategic plan
• Educates the medical community about the services of the agency through effective sales calls and in-services utilizing appropriate tools and literature
• Serves as a subject-matter expert on agency products, services, and competitor markets
• Evaluates current marketing programs and services and collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify and implement new programs to support effectiveness across the organization
• Serves as a brand ambassador by utilizing tools to facilitate positive messaging to staff, partners, vendors, patients and community partners
You Are The Right Person If You Have
• A degree from an accredited college/university, Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree preferred
• Minimum of two (2) or more years of marketing or healthcare related industry experience with demonstrated successful sales to physicians, discharge planners and various clinicians and facilities preferred
• Clinical background and/or senior care networking / business development experience a plus
• A demonstrated history of building and influencing client relationships, and goal achievement
• Knowledge of Medicare, managed care and insurance reimbursement a plus
• Excellent presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision and a flexible schedule
• Ability to travel locally in the assigned territory and surrounding counties
• Reliable transportation, a valid drivers license and current automobile insurance
• MSOffice (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and customer relationship management (CRM) software knowledge
