Position Summary

The Customer Success Specialist manages a focused portfolio of site-based accounts to ensure that they achieve their business outcome with Rockwell Automation’s subscription and services contracts. Responsible for ensuring effective technology and services adoption that leads to high renewal rates and expansion of annuity based contracts and subscriptions.
  • Support Internal and External field based Customer Success teams remotely with contract onboarding, adoption and expansion opportunities and assist with renewal of contracts
  • Responsible for creation of Business Review presentations and Contract Usage Reports
  • Analyze customer contract usage data contained within Customer Success Platform and other sources to look for trends and remotely communicate value delivered to the customer by engaging in Services contracts and software subscriptions
  • Uses data and workflow information from Customer Success Platform (Gainsight) to remotely execute Onboarding, Adoption, Expansion, and Renewal motions relevant to each account in portfolio
  • Remotely communicates value delivered to customer on a periodic cadence using Business Review methodology and other means of communication/cadences
  • Accountable for monitoring and driving contract renewal proposal goals
  • Foster a cohesive team environment with Sales, Delivery and Distributor team members on behalf of customer.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure an optimal customer experience
  • Takes ownership in overall development including technical, commercial and personal by having a documented 70-20-10 plan
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
  • University Degree
  • 0-2 years working with customers in a commercial and/or technical capacity
  • Legal authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
