Description
The Market Insight Analyst develops and executes multi-step automated email marketing campaigns across the corporation utilizing the Oracle Eloqua or Salesforce Marketing Cloud platforms. The production-orientated role is responsible for guiding and creating the operational campaign pages, email automation flow and positioning of assets that support the delivery of email campaigns. The role requires marketing automation skills. Operational knowledge of Eloqua or Salesforce Marketing Cloud is required. Eloqua and Salesforce.com integration experience is preferred.
The candidate must be able to multitask including managing several integrated marketing campaigns simultaneously. Beyond cross organizational email campaign execution, the role will focus on operational campaign quality control insuring the collection of metrics. Knowledge of web technology and landing page utilization will assist in successful projects. A solid understanding of online marketing technologies, channel use, landing page best practices and content use is required.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with our internal creative services agency, marketing communications strategists and lead nurturing teams to guide them on measurable processes within the integrated sales-marketing funnel.
- Support marketing in setting up and maintaining a quality architecture for email campaigns.
- Develop ongoing marketing automation campaigns to manage all stages of lead/contact nurturing development.
- Audit operational and planned campaign plans to ensure market readiness and quality assurance.
- Frame options related to business issues and independently develop recommended solutions
- Manage contact segmentation lists and reporting according to compliance requirements and stakeholder requirements.
- Follow, enhance and maintain user documentation, corporate security requirements, password authorizations and training materials.
- General HTML coding familiarity.
- Demonstrated project management skills with ability to develop and implement business strategies and assess business performance in a cross functional environment that maximize the benefit of the automation tools.
- Bachelors Degree and/or 3-5+ years of marketing experience in large Corporate enterprises
- 4 years direct email marketing and compliance experience
- 4 years metrics analysis and reporting
- 4 years experience with marketing automation and operational analysis
- Experience with basic HTML
- Experience integrating Eloqua and/or SFDC
- Experience with marketing automation technologies for multi-step marketing campaigns
- The ability to learn and deploy changing technologies quickly
