As the Content Marketing Manager, you will develop compelling content that appeal to our target audience from C-level to influencers alike. You’ll play an instrumental role in shaping the content strategy, mapping to the customer journey from research, evaluation, purchase, and retention. You will be an essential part of a tight-knit, integrated marketing team that works together in creating tools, enabling Sales and Business Development teams to leverage for reaching their business goals. Our team consists of a diverse and eclectic group of individuals who bring great ideas to the table every day, yet are not afraid to roll up their sleeves to get the job done.

Responsibilities
  • Write and edit high-quality content from thought leadership (e.g. blogs, co-authoring articles on behalf of our C-level Suite), email nurtures, to collaborating with Product Marketing and cross-functional teams to amplify the value of our solutions and offerings. This includes blogs, brochures, case studies, video storyboards, ebooks, infographics, digital ads, emails, and company newsletters..
  • Deliver a consistent brand experience and tone across all content, always applying best practices.
  • Create and manage an editorial calendar that supports demand generation and communications goals.
  • Develop project schedules, track project progress, and provide status updates to ensure deliverables are on time.
  • Manage an up-to-date content database.
  • Support content strategy development.
  • Contribute to social media postings and management of social media accounts.
  • Keep up with best practices and trends to ensure effective communications.
  • Drive optimization, test different strategies and deliver incremental improvements.
Required Skills
  • Excellent editorial and creative skills, including writing and editing.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including ability to clearly communicate and collaborate with others.
  • Ability to meet deadlines, stay organized, and balance multiple projects.
  • Ability to accurately interpret colleagues’ requests and feedback to deliver creative, compelling content that meets the company’s needs and deadlines.
  • Understanding or willingness to learn best practices in B2B (high-technology preferred) content marketing, such as how to optimize digital ads, email, and landing pages to maximize lead generation and how to engage target audiences through various digital, social and offline channels.
  • Ability to manage diverse tasks with short, accurate turnaround on deliverables.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented.
Required Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience developing content for B2B technology companies
  • Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or similar
  • Portfolio of work examples
