Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support: Oversee diverse administrative tasks, including order management, handling insurance forms, email management, and calendar coordination.

Procurement: Serve as the primary contact for supply orders, ensuring efficient handling of requests.

Email and Calendar Management: Skillfully manage non-urgent correspondence and schedule appointments to streamline operations.

Travel Coordination: Showcase your organizational skills by arranging seamless travel itineraries and providing necessary information.

Event Assistance: Contribute to event planning and assist with financial aspects.

Financial Tasks: Responsible for specific payments.

Team Communication: Facilitate team connectivity by supporting Slack communication and logins.

Reporting: Utilize analytical skills to generate reports and manage data analysis tasks.

Employee Support: Extend support to employees on sick leave and assist in conducting surveys.

Personal Support: Efficiently handle miscellaneous tasks to bolster the CEO's role and overall success.

Qualifications

Previous experience in an executive assistant role or similar position is essential.

Strong organizational and communication skills are paramount.

Proficiency in office software is a prerequisite, coupled with exceptional multitasking abilities.

Discretion and confidentiality are highly valued qualities.

Ability to promptly address urgent tasks, understanding their nature and priorities.

Flexibility to work independently and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive annual salary of $70,000.

Semi-flexible work hours.

Partially remote work with one office visit per week (Culver City-based).

4 weeks paid vacation + sick time.
