Medicaid Customer Service - Remote | Wfh 🔥

We're seeking a dedicated Healthcare Enrollment Specialist to assist individuals in navigating insurance options and accessibility programs. Your primary responsibilities will include providing clear, impartial guidance to consumers on Quality Health Plan (QHP) options, aiding in the application process, clarifying diverse health coverage choices, and supporting informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Informing consumers about a wide range of healthcare options and affordability programs, ensuring fair and accurate guidance throughout the Marketplace eligibility application.

Coordinating communication within different components of the Medicaid program in Arkansas.

Establishing effective communication with customers and recipients, fostering professional relationships to meet project goals in specialized areas.

Proficiently utilizing a project-tracking database to document services provided, monitor activities, and compile comprehensive statistical data for reporting requirements.


Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent

Experience: Two years of healthcare industry experience with a focus on customer relations. Familiarity with Behavioral and Mental Health is preferred.

Internet Requirements: Reliable high-speed wireless internet (WiFi) with a minimum upload speed of 2Mbps to support software functionality.

Pre-Employment Screening: Completion of a criminal background check, drug test, nicotine test, DHS Child and Adult Maltreatment Central Registry report, and proof of COVID vaccination or relevant exemption.

Work Details

Salary: $15/hour

Schedule: Monday to Friday; shift timing between 10 AM - 8 PM
