Medicaid Customer Service - Remote
Key Responsibilities
Provide Informed Guidance: Help consumers understand the full range of Quality Health Plan (QHP) options and available insurance affordability programs. This includes offering fair, accurate, and impartial information to assist with Marketplace eligibility applications, clarifying health coverage choices, and supporting them in making well-informed decisions.
Facilitate Communication: Coordinate effective communication between various components of the Arkansas Medicaid program to ensure smooth operations.
Customer Interaction: Communicate with customers and recipients in a professional and empathetic manner. Develop and maintain necessary working relationships to meet project deliverables in your area of expertise.
Data Management: Utilize project-tracking databases to document and monitor the services and activities provided. Maintain accurate statistical data to meet contractual and reporting requirements.
Requirements
Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
Experience: Minimum of two years' experience in the healthcare industry and customer relations. A thorough understanding of Behavioral and Mental Health is preferred.
Internet Requirements: You will need reliable, high-speed wireless internet service (WiFi) with an upload speed of at least 2Mbps to support software functionality.

Compensation
