Primary Responsibilities

As an Accounting and Finance Specialist, your role will encompass the following responsibilities:

Advanced QuickBooks Proficiency: A must-have skill for managing our agency's accounting functions.

ADP Reporting: Use your expertise to reconcile payroll effectively.

Purchase Order (PO) Management: Creation and tracking to ensure smooth procurement processes.

Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable: Handling both to maintain financial stability.

Monthly Accounting Reconciliation: Ensure our financial records are accurate and up-to-date.

Month-End Financials and Reports: Play a key role in generating monthly financial statements and reports.

Collaboration: Work closely with our corporate accounting team and agency leadership on financial and accounting matters.

Financial Reporting: Create, manage, and track monthly financial reports, aiding in informed decision-making.

Software Utilization: Make use of agency billing and reporting software to streamline financial processes.

Budgeting and Planning Assistance: Assist with internal budgeting and planning to support our financial goals.

Social Media Marketing: Execute social media marketing tasks, including LinkedIn and Facebook posts and management.

YouTube Experience (a plus): Familiarity with YouTube for content promotion and marketing.

Graphic Design Skills (a plus): If you have design skills, it's an added bonus.

Regular Check-In Meetings: Participate in weekly and as-needed check-in meetings to ensure effective communication.

Job Details

Job Type: Part-Time

Salary: Competitive hourly rate ranging from $19.51 to $23.49

Qualifications

Bookkeeping Experience: Minimum of 5 years of bookkeeping experience is preferred.
