Customer Service Representative - Remote | Wfh
Responsibilities
Provide exceptional, concierge-level service, offering end-to-end solutions and relief to customers.
Act as the primary point of contact, building strong relationships to effectively support customers.
Take ownership of customer issues, ensuring real-time resolution or comprehensive follow-up.
Investigate complex issues using various databases and collaborate with support resources for resolution and to anticipate future needs.
Address consumer inquiries and take ownership of their concerns promptly.
Proactively research member accounts to identify and resolve service issues.
Collaborate with other departments to identify process gaps and contribute to process improvement.
Educate customers on the status of pre-authorizations or pre-determination requests previously submitted.
Meet performance goals in efficiency, call quality, customer satisfaction, first-call resolution, and attendance.
