Your responsibilities will include scheduling meetings, managing travel arrangements, handling email communication, and providing support for various administrative tasks such as event planning and data entry.
Schedule Management: Efficiently schedule meetings, monitor scheduling conflicts, and confirm meeting attendees, ensuring optimal time management for our team.
Travel Coordination: Make flight and hotel bookings, manage travel itineraries, and provide comprehensive support to facilitate seamless travel experiences for our staff.
Email Management: Organize and manage emails, ensuring that important communications are prioritized and addressed promptly.
Event Planning: Contribute to event planning functions, assisting in the coordination and execution of company events and gatherings.
Expense Management: Organize and track expenses, maintaining detailed records of receipts and ensuring financial accountability.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
A proactive and detail-oriented approach to work.
Prior experience in administrative roles is a plus.
