About The Role
Are you a social media maven with a passion for engagement? We're on the lookout for a dynamic Social Media Specialist to join our squad. In this role, you'll take the reins of our social media presence, connecting with our vibrant online community and product users. It's all about crafting strategies that elevate our brand and inspire customer devotion.
Your Mission
Be our social media champion across platforms like Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Discord, and more.
Dive headfirst into our online community, engaging with members in a friendly and timely manner, breathing life into our digital world.
Collaborate with marketing, creative, and product teams to craft high-quality, captivating, and on-point content.
Set the pace by defining deadlines for social media posts and ensuring we stick to the script.
Foster relationships with key figures inside and outside the community.
Use social listening tools to gauge sentiment, spot trends, drive engagement, and address any hiccups.
Whip up detailed reports on community vibes and trends, serving up insights and ideas for action.
Stay ahead of the curve on the freshest social media trends and emerging platforms.
What You Bring
A creative eye and a passion for creating eye-catching, compelling content.
A track record of at least 3 years leading social media campaigns that elevate brand awareness, spark engagement, and drive conversions.
Proven experience strategizing and executing triumphant social media campaigns across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and beyond).
Familiarity and finesse with media management tools like Sprout, Hootsuite, and Buffer for scheduling, monitoring, and analyzing social media content and performance.
