Data Entry Specialist - Remote
Overview: As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be an integral part of our Reliability team responsible for inputting P&ID data into eMaint (CMMS) software. This critical role involves organizing data formats and validating existing data within the eMaint system.
Key Responsibilities
Align eMaint assets with the company's P&IDs (Piping & Instrumentation Drawings).
Ensure Data Entry Quality Control.
Gather and upload image files into eMaint.
Contribute to the development of data structure and entry standards.
Extract data and generate reports from the eMaint System.
Create informative Data Entry PowerPoint presentations.
Verify and, if necessary, correct existing data within eMaint.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Assist in upholding warehouse security.
Adhere to all company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and MSDS Standards.
Successfully complete all assigned training requirements.
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ability to quickly adapt to new computer database systems (eMaint or similar programs).
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
Willingness to follow work instructions diligently.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for regular interaction with maintenance personnel, reliability engineers, and managers, whether in person, on the phone, or via video conferencing.
Quick learner with the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, stay focused, and adapt to various challenges.
Flexibility to work remotely up to 100% of the time.
Effective time management and task tracking skills.
Previous experience with CMMS programs such as eMaint or SAP PM is a plus.
Work Conditions
Work arrangements may include a combination of remote work from a home location and on-site work at a manufacturing facility.
On-site work will be conducted in a shared cubicle alongside the Project Lead (Reliability Engineer).
Adherence to a clean, neat, and orderly workspace is required.
Strict compliance with all company safety policies is mandatory.
Physical Qualifications
Significant manual dexterity for extended periods of data entry.
Screening Requirements
Successful completion of both drug and background assessments.
