As a National Sales Executive, you will be at the forefront of our client’s mission to provide the best wood products in the industry. Your primary responsibility will be identifying and engaging with potential clients, nurturing relationships, and closing deals. You will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team of professionals, including product specialists and customer support, to ensure client satisfaction and long-term success.
- Prospecting: Identify and target potential clients in industries such as furniture manufacturing, interior design, architecture, and construction.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within target companies. Understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Product Knowledge: Become an expert in our wood veneer products, understanding their unique features and advantages. Be able to communicate this knowledge effectively to clients.
- Sales Strategy: Create and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets. Continuously evaluate and adjust strategies to adapt to market trends.
- Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our wood veneer products.
- Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close mutually beneficial deals.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure clients receive exceptional service and support throughout the sales process.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to provide valuable insights to the company.
- 6-10+ years of B2B sales with a proven track record of success, preferably within the wood veneer or related industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional negotiation and closing abilities.
- Self-motivated and driven to exceed sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
- Willingness to travel as needed (post-pandemic).
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
