Lead Designer
Overview
We’re looking for a stellar graphic designer to own how we visually convey our mission, vision, and projects to our target audience.
This is our first contract design role and is critical to our success. We are looking for someone who can not only perform this role but grow in both breadth and depth over time.
About Polybase
Our vision is to build the best way to move money around the world.
Money infrastructure should be private, compliant, stable, accessible, secure, fast and cheap.
Surprisingly, it's still not.
We are building an Ethereum layer 2 blockchain with private transactions and compliance enabled by zero knowledge proofs. The first use case is private USDC transactions.

Responsibilities
Design and own our brand guidelines
Design, implement and maintain the website and visuals our public interfaces (docs, post graphics, banners, diagrams/infographics)
Design and produce short motion graphics / videos
Design and prototype unique interfaces and experiences for web and mobile apps
Qualifications
Owned the design function for a project or company
Built brand guidlines for a project or company
Experience with Figma and Framer
Built a website with Framer or other UI tool
Designed UI components and interactions
Bonus: HTML/JS/CSS, photography/videography, sound design or production, 3D design, web3
