About the Role:
The Partnerships Programs & Scale Specialist will be instrumental in driving the growth and effectiveness of our partnerships. This role requires the ability to develop, manage, and scale partnership programs for Tier 1-4, and to design innovative scale mechanisms.
- Develop and implement comprehensive partnership programs that align with Mindvalley’s strategic objectives and increase our market reach and impact.
- Design, manage, and scale partnership programs, focusing on innovative methods to ensure sustained growth and partnership effectiveness.
- Analyze partnership performance using key metrics, providing deep insights and recommendations for improvement and growth.
- Manage the creation and maintenance of partnership dashboards, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of partnership status and progress to internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to ensure partnerships align with overall business goals and strategies.
- Continually monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for new partnership programs or improvements to existing ones.
- Develop, manage, and scale partnership programs for Tier 1-4 to ensure sustained growth and partnership effectiveness.
- Analyze partnership performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Manage partnership dashboards and reporting, keeping stakeholders informed of partnership status and progress.
- Design scale mechanisms that facilitate the growth and expansion of partnerships across all tiers.
- Proven experience in developing, managing, and scaling partnership programs in a similar industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, interpret results, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage various stakeholders and build strong relationships.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach, and a strong desire to innovate and succeed.
- Good to have: Experience with partnership dashboards and reporting tools, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
