Job Title: Director of Amazon Operations (Remote/Hybrid)

We're seeking a Director of Amazon Operations who can spearhead our strategy, execution, and operations on Amazon. This pivotal role requires a hands-on, strategic, and entrepreneurial mindset to achieve commercial and operational excellence within the Fulfilled by Merchant (FMB) model.
Develop and implement a comprehensive Amazon channel strategy aligned with company priorities, focusing on product listings, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns.
Lead the successful launch of our brand on Amazon, ensuring a robust brand presence while adhering to brand guidelines.
Oversee all operational facets of the FMB model, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and customer service to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Drive revenue growth on Amazon through optimized product listings, pricing strategies, and advertising campaigns.
Utilize direct-to-consumer (DTC) experience to establish a unique Amazon presence while upholding brand integrity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product development, and operations to align Amazon strategies with overall business goals.
Develop and manage Amazon Advertising campaigns to enhance traffic and sales.
Keep abreast of Amazon marketplace trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics on Amazon, providing regular reports and insights to the executive team.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
Proven track record (8+ years) of successfully launching and managing brands on Amazon, particularly within a DTC-focused model.
Strong experience with the Fulfilled by Merchant (FMB) model, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and customer service.
Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central, advertising platforms, and analytics tools.
Strategic thinker with a commercial mindset and a knack for driving revenue growth.
Understanding of customer Lifetime Value (LTV) and New Customer Acquisition (NCA) dynamics.
Entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive, hands-on approach.
Ability to navigate a lean environment while effectively engaging stakeholders.
Adaptability to a fast-paced, detail-oriented setting.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across all departments.
Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability to changing market dynamics.
Experience with kids/apparel is preferred.
