- Content Creation & Management: Draft, edit, and publish high-quality, engaging, and original content across various platforms including websites, blogs, social media, and other marketing materials.
- SEO Optimization: Develop content optimized for SEO to increase web traffic and improve search engine rankings.
- Content Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to create a content strategy that aligns with company objectives and audience demands.
- Quality Assurance: Proofread content for errors and inconsistencies and ensure all published content meets the company's editorial guidelines.
- Research: Stay updated on industry trends and conduct thorough research to create content that resonates with our target audience.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior content writers, helping them develop their skills and ensuring content quality.
- Feedback Incorporation: Gather feedback from stakeholders and users to continuously improve content quality.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the content aligns with broader campaign strategies, brand guidelines, and company values using data-driven insights.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports and insights to the wider Marketing team and leadership team.
- A Strong understanding of web3, blockchain, decentralised finance protocols and the cryptocurrency industry is vital for this role
- Proven track record with 5 years of experience in content writing or related roles.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong research skills with attention to detail.
- Experience in mentoring or managing a team is a plus
