As the Executive Administrative Assistant at The Ilhan Group, you will be an integral part of our operation, supporting our leadership team in the delivery of consulting services to a variety of clients. Your unwavering dedication to social justice will be instrumental in assisting our mission-driven clients in achieving their objectives.
- Executive Support: Provide high-level administrative support to our leadership team, including managing their schedules, coordinating travel, and managing communications.
- Communication: Draft, edit, and proofread emails, reports, and other documents to ensure professionalism and accuracy.
- Meeting Coordination: Organize and coordinate client meetings, workshops, and events, ensuring they align with our social justice mission and the unique needs of each entity.
- Data Management: Maintain and organize sensitive and confidential information, records, and files associated with various client projects.
- Client Liaison: Act as a liaison between the consulting team and our diverse range of social justice-focused clients, fostering clear communication and successful project outcomes.
- Passion for Social Justice: Stay informed about current social justice issues, trends, and best practices to provide valuable insights to clients representing different social justice areas.
- Project Assistance: Provide support for various consulting projects and initiatives that advance the mission of each client entity.
- Office Management: Assist with office operations, including procurement and maintaining a productive work environment that accommodates multiple entities' unique requirements.
- All Other Duties as Assigned: Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the leadership team to support the smooth operation of the consulting firm.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience as an executive administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
- A strong passion for social justice advocacy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Adaptability to a dynamic consulting environment serving multiple entities.
- Must be able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously as you will support a CEO that manages three separate entities (The Ilhan Group, LLC, Next Level Justice, LLC and The Level Up Project).
- Compensation $15-$25 per hour depending on experience.
