Essential Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Thinking and Conceptualization: 

  • Drive design strategies, leveraging brand insights to deliver visually engaging work from initiation to completion.

  • Partner with diverse teams, synthesizing project goals into distinctive design narratives.

  • Craft compelling presentations, converting conceptual designs into persuasive visual stories.

  • Design + Revision Process:

  • Create work across a wide range of marketing materials, including digital and print pieces.

  • Uphold brand integrity, adhering to established visual guidelines.

  • Assist in crafting videos and animations, enriching brand storytelling.

  • Collaborate seamlessly, integrating feedback, and ensuring design excellence

Production Work:

  • Organize and prep for photo and video shoots.

  • Prepare files for print, ensuring high-quality output and compatibility with printing processes.

  • Optimizing files for digital use across platforms.

Key Attributes and Mindset:

  • Adept in managing multiple projects with a keen eye for detail.

  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.

  • Aptitude in creative problem-solving and strategic ideation.

  • Dependability and strong communication skills.

  • An innate sense of curiosity.

  • Eagerness to thrive in a collaborative, dynamic setting.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Graphic Design or a related field.

  • 4+ years of design work experience, reinforced by a portfolio reflecting sound design tenets.

  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Asana, Slack, and Google Suite.

  • Knowledge of current design trends and best practices in both digital and print media.

  • A grasp of HTML/CSS and web design principles is a plus.

  • Consistently reliable internet connectivity.

  • A designated, distraction-free workspace.

Working Hours:

Applicants should be available for meetings during standard working hours (i.e., not moonlighting).

  • Initial part-time engagement (20-25 hours weekly) with potential for a full-time transition.

  • US based remote work (occasional face-to-face meetings a plus). *This position isn't currently eligible for international relocation or immigration sponsorship outside of the US.
