Who we are looking for:

A senior-level Product Marketer with experience and skills to build and own the product marketing discipline at CareMessage. This is an opportunity to leverage your expertise to create and own processes that will set our organization up for success in communicating product value and driving adoption and user engagement. 

You and your background:4+ years of experience at a technology-focused company, with demonstrated ability to create and execute product go-to-market strategiesOrganized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and with excellent time management skills. We are a small and diverse, all-remote team, working independently and collaboratively towards shared goalsAbility to act as key partner and collaborator with Product and Customer Success teams on executing product roadmap priorities, communicating value, gathering customer data and insights, and identifying unmet needsComfortable as an expert on market trends, roadmap, customer needs, and feature prioritization. Responsible for analyzing market share and trends and advising on impact to the CareMessage product and strategyAble to masterfully communicate the product vision and goals, internally and externally. Strong written and visual communication skills are a must- you need to be able to ensure that content is on-strategy, and maintain a consistent brand voice. Comfortable presenting to senior audiencesData-focused and strategic, with the ability to look at large amounts of information and distill actionable insights. Comfortable advising on metrics to be gathered and methodology to do so, and being accountable for reaching goalsExperienced in conducting market research; able to recommend methodologies and research strategies and articulate insightsTechnologically savvy, with the ability to understand software integrations and collaborate with partner technology organizationsDaily collaboration with marketing operations and automation efforts in creating campaigns and measuring performance: providing information on target audiences, segmented communications, and desired actions and outcomesPrevious experience in healthcare is preferred, but can be supplemented with other experiences with underserved populations

Within 1 month…Learn the CareMessage story - our product, value proposition and impactGain a solid understanding of our web application and how our product works- understand our key integrations and how they impact product workflowsBuild a general understanding of our users and their needsUnderstand the market landscape, key players, and how CareMessage differentiatesCollaborate with the Product team to understand 2023-2024 priorities and our planned roadmap. Gain understanding of our product development process and prioritization frameworks, and begin to work hand-in-hand with the Product teamCollaborate with the Sales and Customer Success team to understand our customer needs and end-to-end customer lifecycle, from the time customers first learn of CareMessage, to when they use our product, through the retention funnelCollaborate with the VP of Marketing to fully understand the CareMessage mission and vision, and begin a plan to meet our Product Marketing needs and enhance our product value communication to customers and prospects

Within 3 months…Ensure consistent product positioning and messaging is pulled through in customer communications. Begin to make and execute on a plan to leverage available channels to enhance customer communications on an ongoing basisHelp to drive product strategy by reviewing user feedback, identifying trends, and creating communications strategies/plans to address customer needsWork with the Product team to understand product feature advancements; plan and develop communications related to new releases and features, including training content, sales collateral, and marketing pieces. Independently manage the process of rolling out product marketing materials and ensuring that teams are trainedDevelop core product marketing materials, including formal customer personas and customer journey/communications touchpoints mapping. Leverage existing sales differentiation content to begin a plan for differentiation through the retention funnelManage monthly customer newsletter and content; explore opportunities to leverage content in earned media channels that compel our target audiences

Within 6 months…Continuously develop strategies and communication plans to drive customer adoption and retention, with metrics/KPIs that demonstrate Product Marketing success. Ensure alignment with product KPIsSupport cross-functional internal teams with the creation of communication strategies and tactics that drive a cohesive experience in the customer lifecycle from onboarding to usage and retentionConduct regular analysis of our competitor landscape, track industry changes, and share insights on new market growth opportunities. Create messaging that promotes understanding of our differentiated value to customersCollaborate with the Product and Customer Success teams to develop product proof points that demonstrate success and customer testimonials/success stories that illustrate the product value and optimal usageCreate more complex and in-depth retention and upselling tools such as product tour videos, case studies, white papers, etc. Work to train internal teams on their usage, monitor success, and manage the suite of product marketing content$152,400 - $152,400 a yearOur salary allocation for this role is $152.400.
