Senior Creative Director
Overview
Lyonshare is seeking an experienced Senior Creative Director to join our team on a VERY part-time basis (2-5 hours per week). You will play a key role in guiding our design team to ensure that our clients receive exceptional branding and marketing/pitch deck/branded collateral designs that resonate with their target audience and effectively communicate their value proposition. This position is fully remote.

Lyonshare is a strategic business building agency for tech startups and funds. We work directly with the founders and GPs offering business planning, pitch decks, and brand identity with a focus on creating and launching new businesses. We’ve advised our clients on securing more than $3B of funding for their fast-growing companies.
Responsibilities & expectations
● Creative direction: lead and oversee our design team in the development of client deliverables like brand identity systems,, pitch deck design, and other branded collateral
● Client collaboration: translate client direction and feedback into actionable design directives
● Trend analysis: stay up to date with design trends and industry best practices to ensure our creative work remains innovative and competitive
● Innovative contributions: pitch unique ideas for Lyonshare-related design projects to aid in brand awareness and client acquisition
Our ideal candidate
● Proven experience as a Creative Director or in a similar creative leadership role
● Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, marketing and other relevant creative projects
● Ability to think strategically and ensure that design work aligns with clients’ business objectives
● Excellent communication and collaboration skills
● Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, PPT, and Keynote
Compensation:
● Paid hourly, rate dependent on experience
