We are seeking an enthusiastic Events Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. At our organization, we are committed to driving accelerated growth for our Legal GRC software business through exceptional events. As an Events Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in planning and executing engaging events that leave a lasting impression on our target audience.
Responsibilities
As an Events Marketing Manager, your responsibilities will include:
End-to-End Event Management: Spearhead the entire event process, from setting goals and objectives to coordinating content development, overseeing promotional plans, negotiating contracts, and managing logistics.
Demand Generation: Execute demand generation strategies tied to events, including supporting sales in booking meetings, securing venues, and coordinating dining arrangements.
Collaboration: Partner with fellow marketing team members to ensure alignment on brand, content, and promotion of all events, while efficiently managing timelines and associated projects.
Sponsorships and Opportunities: Identify valuable sponsorships and speaking opportunities to enhance event impact.
Budget Management: Assist in defining the events budget and oversee expenditure to ensure optimal resource allocation.
Attendee Engagement: Coordinate with our sales team to facilitate communication with internal attendees before, during, and after events, ensuring the successful execution of events and trade shows that meet their goals.
Lead Tracking: Report on all event leads, assessing their effectiveness throughout the conversion funnel.
Regional Events: Drive strategy and execution for in-market/regional events to expand our presence and impact.
Client Events: Assist in the planning and execution of client events, including user groups and conferences, handling tasks such as travel arrangements, venue coordination, event setup, and teardown.
Requirements
To excel in this role, you should possess:
A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2+ years of professional experience in marketing, sales, or event planning.
Proficiency in technology, including MS Office/Google Suite.
Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
Adaptability and creative problem-solving skills.
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced event environment.
