We value our team and believe in rewarding experience and dedication. Our pay rate starts at $18 per hour for candidates with 1-2+ years of experience. Furthermore, we're committed to recognizing your growth, offering regular pay rate increases every 6 months, within the range of $18-22 per hour.
The Role
As a Digital Marketing Assistant, you will play a pivotal role as the eyes and ears of our valued clients. The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, professional, and adept at managing their workload while effectively prioritizing tasks within a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media strategies across our clients' channels.
Collaborate closely with our clients and their marketing teams to align with current marketing initiatives and leverage the social media landscape effectively.
Work alongside clients and our team to formulate and enhance social media plans.
Take charge of content publication across all social channels for our clients.
Manage all comments and direct messages on our clients' social channels with their guidance.
Create and maintain email campaigns and funnels.
Utilize measurement tools to generate progress reports and glean insights. Continuously seek ways to improve metrics by collaborating with clients and/or their marketing teams to refine content strategies.
Specific Skills We're Seeking
We're particularly interested in candidates with expertise in podcast editing, YouTube, and LinkedIn marketing.
Qualifications
A minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Digital Marketing Assistant, reporting directly to senior management.
Proficiency in advanced social media content creation and graphic design, with the ability to adapt to firm-specific programs and software.
Strong collaboration and delegation skills.
Exceptional organizational, project management, and problem-solving abilities.
Outstanding interpersonal skills.
