Join our esteemed Virtual Assistants Team as a valued member, leveraging your profound industry insights and expertise in the promotional products field to offer dedicated support to our affiliate distributors.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for:
Conducting precise data entry and overseeing order management, including invoice approval and database maintenance.
Presenting research findings on promotional products with clarity and confidence.
Facilitating resolution for various challenges related to orders, invoices, and general business inquiries.
Providing robust support for marketing ventures, spanning social media administration, email campaigns, and other promotional initiatives.
Engaging with suppliers to address concerns related to inventory, pricing, and other pertinent matters.
Undertaking additional tasks as delegated.
To thrive in this role, you will need:
A minimum of 3 years of experience within the promotional products industry.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Profound proficiency in problem-solving.
Strong interpersonal finesse and the ability to swiftly cultivate productive working relationships.
An eye for detail, remarkable organizational skills, and adept time management abilities.
Proficiency in multitasking across diverse software applications, coupled with an eagerness to adapt to new platforms as needed.
The capacity to execute directives and tasks independently.
An advanced aptitude for Microsoft Office Suite, ESP, and Sage.
Preferred Experience With Adobe Creative Suite (inDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
A bonus if you have experience with CRM and marketing automation software.
Advantageous to have prior experience in virtual or remote freelance work.
