Remote Work - Need Technical Writer/editor,
Must Have
10 years of experience editing/writing and explaining highly technical data and information in simplistic grade school language for end users of complex IT systems and projects
Experience working with authors and subject matter experts to review documents, compile inputs/corrections, resolve incompatible comments, and provide final publishable documentation
Experience creating or contributing to documentation that can be used for training purposes
Experience using and applying MS Word or MS PowerPoint templates
Experience using style sheets to align with approved templates and styles
Experience in gathering, preparing and distributing technical meeting minutes or working session notes that clearly articulate attendance, discussion topics and action items/outcomes
Experience implementing and reviewing for 508 compliance
Ability to complete tasks independently and work as part of a team on larger more complex projects under the direction of a Project Manager or team lead
Proficient experience with Microsoft Office skills, specifically in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or technical equivalent and 10 years of professional experience or a total of 18 years in lieu of education
