Seeking a Technical Writer to work directly with Product Owners, business SMEs, and data analysts to assist in understanding and writing supporting documents.
Job Responsibilities
Work directly with Product Owners, business SMEs, and data analysts to assist in understanding and writing supporting documents
oThis includes both technical and business runbooks
Ability to understand complex technical and business concepts and document them in an easy to navigate and consume manner
Ability to analyze and understand complex data models
Build and maintain effective working relationships with Product Owners, SMEs, developers, Team Leads
Gather information from subject-matter experts and develop, organize, and write procedure manuals, technical specifications, and process documentation
Expect to own the creation of maintenance of the following artifacts:
oBusiness runbooks
otechnical runbooks
oData flow diagrams
oProduct manuals
oUser guides
oAPI documentation
oSDK documentation
oJAD session notes
oArchitecture templates
Work with development and support leads to identify documentation repositories, revise and edit, and determine best solutions for data compilation and centralized storage
Research, create, and maintain information architecture templates that adhere to organizational and legal standards and allow for easy data migration
Develop content in alternative media forms for maximum usability, with consistent voice across all documentation

Skill Required /Desired Amount Candidate Experience Overall work experience Required 4 Years hands-on technical writing experience Required 4 Years working experience with Microsoft Azure offerings Required 2 Years Excellent presentation and communication skills (oral, written, and visual).
