Job Description
The Marketing Manager must influence and deliver at all levels within
- Business-related bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of Facebook ads and Google ads experience in e-commerce or consumer product industry
- Must have spent $200k+ monthly Facebook ads budget
- Basic programming skill
- Ability to execute effectively with the highly clear logical stream and a sense of urgency
- Must be able to fit in a very fast-paced startup environment
- Be capable to explore and tailor approach according to market feedback
- The strategical and analytical thought process for logical decision making
- 6 -8 years of marketing experience
- A seasoned marketing generalist with proven success managing consumer facing brands
- Fashion apparel experience preferable
- International and/ or franchise/ wholesale marketing experience highly desirable
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Strong balance of creative and analytical thinking and approach
- Highly flexible and solution orientated
- Strong attention to detail
- Independently motivated and highly proactive
- Ability to influence upwards
- Ability to inspire and motivate remotely
- Test and learn mentality
- Customer- centric & data-driven approach to marketing
