Customer Service Representative - Remote | Wfh
General Duties And Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for customers through phone, email, and live web chat.
Efficiently process orders using our ERP system.
Maintain and verify customer account information.
Work with our Logistics team to determine delivery schedules based on customer requirements.
Expedite "Rush" & "Hot" orders to meet customer needs.
Handle returns and reconcile material processing.
Communicate proactively with customers about any issues that may affect the delivery schedule.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to meet customer demands.
Provide support to the Sales team when required.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in general computer skills, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Education And/or Experience
1-2 years of experience in a high-paced, customer-facing sales or service role.
High School Diploma required.
Preferred: Experience in B2B settings, particularly in the technology sector.
Physical Job Requirements
Involves repetitive motion and routine use of standard office equipment such as computers, telephones, copiers, and scanners.
Requires the ability to see, speak, walk, hear, stand, use hand/fingers to handle or feel, stoop, and carry/lift 10 lbs.
Predominantly desk-based work.
Work Environment
This is a hybrid role, with two days in the office and the remainder remote. The hybrid phase begins after 40 days of in-office training, Monday through Thursday. Candidates should have the capability to set up a home office, with all necessary equipment provided by the company.
Salary: $ 48,000.00 Per Year
