Senior-level Data Analyst
SageFox Consulting Group, a small educational research and evaluation firm located in Amherst, MA, seeks to increase our data analysis and visualization capabilities.
We are currently looking to fill a couple full-time positions with a start date early Fall and will hire based on the capabilities of the candidates.
Data work done at SageFox consists of three levels, all of which require caring about the work we do, being responsible and dependable, being part of a team, strong communication skills, working with multiple projects (with increasing project management responsibility associated with level) and our external partners.
Senior level
- Data driven projects
- Higher level data modeling
- Partner with clients to create project opportunities
- Applied statistics at PhD level
- Team leader
We currently use Alchemer, Tableau, Google Spreadsheet, Excel, SPSS, R, Python, Power BI, Knime, Dedoose, WIX and Google Analytics, but recognize that a new hire will be asked to learn or introduce us to new tools, languages and software over the course or their tenure that may not even exist at this time.

The work nominally takes place in Amherst, MA during regular work hours but we are open to hybrid or virtual work. Ability to travel for work is important.
