About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Training Senior Associate to join the Training team. The position will report to the Senior Manager, Training, Development, and Internal Communications. The Training Senior Associate plays an important role to help shape and deliver training programs,track training programs, manage the LMS and train staff on different topics.聽聽Quarterly in-person staff gathering in New York City required and some travel to visit branches.


Key job responsibilities

路聽聽聽聽聽聽Work with internal stakeholders to identify and shape the ongoing strategy and mission of the GAI training delivery program

路聽聽聽聽聽聽Load, assign, and track completed courses to LMS, and prepare learning paths for publication

路聽聽聽聽聽聽Generate schedules, and meetings and send communication about our Learning Programs to employees

路聽聽聽聽聽聽Ensure quality, reliability, and accuracy of all deliverables

路聽聽聽聽聽聽Collaborates and partners with various departments to revise courses, update course catalogs, keep website and LMS information up to date, etc. [GU1] [2][JN2] [3]

路聽聽聽聽聽聽Understand learner success metrics, track training to the success metrics, and use these to continuously improve the learning journey

路聽聽聽聽聽聽Develop & maintain training content, field exercises, presentations, and parallel materials

路聽聽聽聽聽聽Prepare monthly reports on learner status

路聽聽聽聽聽聽Upload, assign, and track all our Training Programs on Litmos

路聽聽聽聽聽聽Work with a strong customer focus and provide internal clients with the highest experience when using our learning platforms

路聽聽聽聽聽聽Provide training sessions online about internal processes and leadership

Qualifications

路聽聽聽聽聽聽Degree in Adult Education, Instructional Design, or related field preferred

路聽聽聽聽聽聽Experience in LMS (Litmos or others like Moodle, Docebo, etc.).

路聽聽聽聽聽聽Good communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills; confidently articulate

information in a professional manner

路聽聽聽聽聽聽Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint

路聽聽聽聽聽聽Ability to quickly acquire working knowledge of Captivate, Articulate Studio/Storyline, Camtasia, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, Flash, etc.聽

路聽聽聽聽聽聽Experience with conducting classroom training via Zoom

路聽聽聽聽聽聽Proficiency in English and Spanish


Preferred Qualifications

路聽聽聽聽聽聽Excellent oral presentation skills, interpersonal communication, and writing skills

Experience juggling multiple priorities and making things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, bias for action

路聽聽聽聽聽聽Project management skills

路聽聽聽聽聽聽Demonstrated ability to manage medium-scale programs while working cross-functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders

路聽聽聽聽聽聽Excellent oral presentation skills, interpersonal communication, and writing skills

路聽聽聽聽聽聽Experience conducting classroom training

路聽聽聽聽聽聽Self-sufficient, self-starter with proven success taking ownership of training projects

路聽聽聽聽聽聽Knowledge and/or hands-on experience with LMS and Zoom platforms (or others)

Experience designing and developing instructor-led content with sales subject matter content

路聽聽聽聽聽聽Technical aptitude to be able to quickly learn new technologies and develop various learning solutions

路聽聽聽聽聽聽Disciplined self-starter; resourceful and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities

路聽聽聽聽聽聽Ability to deliver results with minimal supervision in a dynamic environment

路聽聽聽聽聽聽Ability to deal with ambiguity and prioritize, manage, and complete projects with tight

deadlines
