Senior Software Engineer
Green River is looking for experienced software engineers to join our Open Path team. Open Path is a GPLv3 open source homeless data management platform used by non-profits, local government, and state agencies nationwide. (Code available at https://github.com/greenriver [1])

Open Path is a mature yet rapidly evolving web-based platform that combines highly usable interfaces, workflows, external data source integration, and scalable data warehousing to support innovative service delivery and care coordination — along with powerful analytic and reporting capabilities. We seek lively and dedicated engineers who bring professional experience in:
- Server-side web frameworks (e.g. Ruby on Rails, Django, Laravel) and/or frontend technologies (e.g. React, TypeScript).
- API endpoints with REST, GraphQL, or similar.
- SQL and relational database optimization.
- CI/CD processes within AWS infrastructure.
- Communicating effectively and collaborating with technical project managers, other software engineers, data scientists, DevOps engineers, data engineers, privacy and security officers, and business development staff.
We require:
- A Bachelor’s degree.
- 3 years minimum software engineering experience.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
