Customer Service Rep / Full Time
Responsibilities
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers always.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicate with customers through various channels i.e., phone, email, text, etc...
- Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints
- Know our products inside and out so that you can educate and answer customer questions
- Take inbound and make outbound calls
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- 0-1 years experience in customer service and/or call center environment.
- Proficiency with computers programs such as MS Office and Google Suite
- Strong organization and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills: written and verbal.
- Ability to remain calm and professional when customers are stressed or upset
- Passionate about helping customers achieve their financial goals
- Pleasant, friendly, and a team player attitude with an ability to adapt to change
- Schedule Monday through Friday shifts
