Consultant Data Managed Services
- Establish close, collaborative relationships with customer stakeholders to understand and act on customer needs
- Provide support to existing customers to ensure the stable operation of our solutions (handling customer inquiries and troubleshooting)
- Assist existing customers to materialize changes or additions to their business models
- Proactively manage risk, anticipate potential problems, and identify mitigation strategies
- Be transparent in all communications and reflective in conducting post-project assessments — identify learnings that will help improve the overall process
- Provide consultation to customers (via product demonstrations and team meetings) on accomplishing customers’ goals utilizing Jitsuhoka
- Manage the Veeva resources and budget, including preparation of as-needed change orders
- Manage day-to-day project activities and project administration
- Enable your team to focus on solution design, prototyping, configuration, training, and documentation
- 5+ years of work experience in system operation and maintenance especially work on troubleshooting and error analysis
- Experience using software in SQL
- Proven track record of meeting project timelines/deliverables and attention to detail, process, deadlines, and quality results
- Strong technical expertise with the ability to do hands-on projects and lead teams
- Have 3+ years of relevant experience in either the life sciences industry or technology vendors
- Fluent in Japanese
- Experience configuring/supporting/implementing any of the following types of products: CRM: Salesforce.com, etc., or MDM (Master Data Management)
- Presentation skills
- Experience with Veeva applications
- Project management experiences
- Experience with project staffing
- Experience with Jitsushoka business
