Customer Service Associate - Call Center - Remote | Wfh ๐ฅ
As a Customer Care Associate, you'll have the opportunity to work both onsite at our corporate offices in Bradenton, FL and remotely from the comfort of your own home (if located in AL, AR, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MS, NC, OH, OK, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA, or WV). Our flexible scheduling allows for a perfect work-life balance, with full-time and part-time shifts available, and day and weekend hours available.
We're looking for someone who's passionate about customer service, with strong verbal and written communication skills. Previous call center or retail experience is preferred, but we'll provide all the necessary training to ensure you're successful in your role. You'll be responding to customer inquiries through phone, email, mail, or live chat, generating sales and providing support for all of our stores, as well as our online marketplace. You'll have the opportunity to troubleshoot minor technical issues and provide a positive, professional experience for all of our guests.
