About the Job:

We’re looking for an Inbound Business Development Representative to join our EMEA-based sales team. As an Inbound BDR, you will be responsible for the qualification and follow-up of our direct requests and marketing-led efforts (events, webinars, summits, paid social, etc). You will also conduct high-level conversations with senior executives about their business, their technical issues, and their operations. You should be a self-starter who works well with little supervision and is comfortable wearing multiple hats. You'll report to the Senior Business Development Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Follow up and qualify marketing leads via cold calls, LinkedIn, emails, and assorted campaigns
  • Support marketing activities, drive attendance to events/conferences and ensure a smooth handoff to Account Executives 
  • Attend Sponsored/Field events internationally 
  • Meet and exceed your meeting and pipeline target 
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our product, process, and the market
  • Track and keep up-to-date all prospect information in Salesforce.com [1]

Qualifications:

  • Sales/Business Development Representative (SDR/BDR) experience in a similar role
  • Bachelor's Degree 
  • Hunter’s mentality with a strong eagerness to succeed

Pay:

Target pay range for a Level 3: £55,000 - £65,000 *On Target Earnings (OTE) includes base pay and commission*

*Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), health, vision, and dental insurance, and mental health benefits in addition to salary.
